A great way to acknowledge a special event and also
help support Save-A-Heart. The minimum contribution
per card is only $5.00 and we will mail the card
for you at no additional charge.
Save-A-Heart Contribution Cards can be ordered for
any occasion or event. Cards are purchased as a dedication
in a special person’s honor or memory and will
indicate, “In honor of” or “In
memory of”. We have a special card for death
and bereavement dedications.
Remember, the proceeds from the purchase of the cards benefit heart patients;
when you purchase a card through SAH, you are making a donation to the cause.

with your order. Cards will be sent
within 24 hours. The contribution to Save-a-Heart
will be greatly appreciated by the recipients.
