A great way to acknowledge a special event and also
help support Save-A-Heart. The minimum contribution
per card is only $5.00 and we will mail the card
for you at no additional charge.
Save-A-Heart Contribution Cards can be ordered for
any occasion or event. Cards are purchased as a dedication
in a special person’s honor or memory and will
indicate, “In honor of” or “In
memory of”. We have a special card for death and
bereavement dedications.
Remember, the proceeds from the purchase of the
cards benefit heart patients; when you purchase
a card through SAH, you are making a donation to
the cause.
The three
new contribution cards are also available as Blank
notecards and may be purchased as a set of
6 assorted cards (2 each), for $20. The warmth
and colors in these cards will brighten anyone’s
day!
Cards may be purchased for all sorts of special
occasions, including:
- Births
- New homes
- Anniversaries
- Birthdays
- Bar/bat mitzvahs
- Communions
- Christenings
- Confirmations

- Weddings, etc
- Cards may also be purchased for sad occasions,
such as deaths and sicknesses.
